Method
The Marma chikitsa massage comes from the South of India. This technique has been passed on from generation to generation in Ayurvedic and yogic families for thousands of years. Still to this day, some of these marma points are kept secret and only revealed from master to student by word of mouth due to the negative consequences that could result if this knowledge falls into the wrong hands.
Called the Mother of all pressure point therapies, it is a technique that is more than 5 000 years old (like Ayurveda).
Without using needles, we can use the 108 marma points to help the body as a whole to break free of blockages and help correct the imbalances present. These points are related, for example, to organs such as the liver, heart, spleen, intestine, etc.
The sessions can be of a duration of 30 or 60 minutes according to individual needs.
